Campaign examples, creator numbers, and case-style copy on the site are for illustration. They do not guarantee the same results for every brand or creator.
Services for brands and agencies
When you send a brief, you are asking us to consider influencer marketing, social strategy, UGC, talent bookings, or related campaign work. A brief is not a binding contract. Any paid engagement starts only after we agree scope, fees, timelines, and deliverables in writing.
We match creators based on audience fit, brand safety, and campaign goals. We do not promise specific follower counts, virality, or sales outcomes. Results depend on creative, timing, platform changes, and how the audience responds.
Creator and influencer applications
Joining our influencer network is an application, not a guaranteed roster place or paid booking. We may accept, decline, or pause applications at our discretion. If you ask to be considered for talent management, that is a request for review, not an automatic representation agreement.
You confirm that you own or are authorised to use the usernames, audience data, and content details you share, and that your following is genuine.
Content and intellectual property
The 3 Figure Media LLC name, logo, website design, and original site copy belong to us. You may not copy them for commercial use without permission.
Campaign content created with influencers is handled in the relevant booking or management agreement. Until that is signed, neither side should assume ownership or usage rights beyond reviewing proposals.
Contact forms and communications
Forms on Get Started (General Enquiries, Join Our Influencer Network, and Send Us A Brief) are used to respond to you and, where you opt in, to follow up about services or opportunities. We may also use the details you provide to assess fit for a campaign or our network.

Third-party platforms
Campaigns often run on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, and similar platforms. Those services have their own terms. We are not responsible for account bans, algorithm changes, or downtime on platforms we do not control.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, 3 Figure Media LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of this website or from campaign performance that falls short of expectations. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
